Healthcare Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accountant or Controllership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting for healthcare organizations, including hospitals and clinics
• Lead and supervise junior accountants, ensuring accurate financial reporting
• Oversee month-end and quarter-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of controllership or accounting experience in healthcare services
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and healthcare revenue/expense accounting
• Experience in preparing and validating journal entries
• Ability to review reconciliations and ensure compliance and accuracy
• Experience working with CFOs and finance teams in a healthcare setting
