• Identify operational needs and implement solutions for post-acute providers and healthcare clients
• Build trusted advisor relationships with healthcare client executives and review performance indicators
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of client accounting engagements while collaborating with internal teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Healthcare industry experience, particularly in post-acute care or skilled nursing
• Master's degree and CPA certification are a plus
• Experience in developing remote team relationships and training staff
• Ability to manage client services within budget and embrace new accounting technologies
