Healthcare Accounting Manager
Job Summary
To support a centralized accounting transition, the remote Healthcare Accounting Manager will oversee the month-end close process, prepare financial reports, and serve as the primary accounting partner to site leadership on a contract basis for 4-5 months.
Key responsibilities
- Own the month-end close process for assigned facilities
- Review and prepare journal entries, P&L, and balance sheet analysis
- Lead post-close review, variance analysis, and reporting
Required qualifications
- 5 years of healthcare or facility accounting experience
- Prior experience managing or leading others
- Strong general ledger and month-end close expertise
- Experience in large, centralized accounting environments
- ERP systems experience required; Oracle Fusion strongly preferred
