Job Summary
Providing essential administrative and operational support, the full-time Healthcare ACO Coordinator will manage program data, assist with reporting, and facilitate communication among teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain program data, including tracking participant status and eligibility updates
- Perform routine data entry, validation, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy across systems
- Support outreach efforts by coordinating mailings, campaigns, and follow-up activities
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of administrative, coordination, or healthcare support experience preferred
- Basic experience working with data and reports across multiple systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
