Healthcare Actuarial Analytics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Actuarial Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain actuarial models to forecast healthcare utilization and analyze trends
• Project revenue based on healthcare utilization and inform financial forecasts with actuarial inputs
• Conduct studies to identify trends and present actionable insights to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (ASA or FSA)
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare actuarial roles with expertise in forecasting and financial modeling
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, SAS, and analytical tools; experience with data visualization platforms preferred
• Experience with government healthcare contracts and commercial payer models preferred
