Job Summary

Leading a portfolio of actuarial models, the full-time Healthcare Actuarial Director will provide actuarial expertise to drive business growth, mentor junior team members, and support technology initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, efficient, and automated data pipelines and modeling solutions
• Support broader initiatives related to tool modernization and the development of new solutions
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior colleagues on actuarial concepts and strategies

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in actuarial services
• Experience overseeing actuarial models and tools
• Knowledge of the employer healthcare business
• Proven ability to lead multiple clients/projects simultaneously
• Actuarial credentials
