Job Summary
Supporting organizational efficiency, the full-time RCM Support Associate will manage payer portal access, coordinate documentation and administrative operations, and track project workflows in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate payer portal account setup and manage user access across various payer portals
- Maintain company documentation and ensure timely processing of patient statements and operational communications
- Track projects and follow up with internal teams and clients to ensure timely completion of commitments
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare administration, customer support, or related roles
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and web-based business applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
