Job Summary

Supporting organizational efficiency, the full-time RCM Support Associate will manage payer portal access, coordinate documentation and administrative operations, and track project workflows in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate payer portal account setup and manage user access across various payer portals
  • Maintain company documentation and ensure timely processing of patient statements and operational communications
  • Track projects and follow up with internal teams and clients to ensure timely completion of commitments
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare administration, customer support, or related roles
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and web-based business applications
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
