To support research on payer interactions in healthcare practices, a remote contract Healthcare Administrator Survey Participant will complete an asynchronous survey detailing administrative workflows related to credentialing, contracting, and prior authorizations.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a remote survey regarding payer interaction workflows
• Detail daily processes for credentialing, prior authorizations, and claims management
• Evaluate the efficiency of current practice management strategies and identify administrative hurdles

Required qualifications

• Direct experience managing contracting, credentialing, or claims for a provider organization
• Hands-on experience with payer interactions and contracting
• Familiarity with prior authorization and claims workflows
• Currently employed at a healthcare provider organization
