Job Summary

Leading the development and implementation of AI-enabled solutions, the full-time Healthcare AI Transformation Partner will focus on optimizing patient flow, throughput, and real-time hospital operations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct AI-enabled Throughput and Command Center transformation engagements, overseeing analyses and client deliverables
• Design and scale AI-enabled command center operating models to enhance hospital operations and capacity management
• Drive collaboration among clinical and operational teams to develop scalable AI-enabled offerings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 10-15+ years of experience in hospital operations or healthcare consulting
• Deep expertise in patient flow optimization and operational transformation initiatives
• Experience leading AI-driven operational transformation within healthcare workflows
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities
