Healthcare AI Vice President

Job Summary

Building a new healthcare practice from the ground up, the full-time salaried Healthcare AI Vice President will design and implement AI solutions for healthcare systems, partnering with senior leaders to improve operational efficiencies and claims accuracy while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and establish Eliza's healthcare practice, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery
• Engage with senior healthcare stakeholders to define problems, scope projects, and secure client engagements
• Make informed decisions on AI delivery, identifying automation opportunities and managing compliance and risk

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in complex healthcare implementations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Hands-on experience with Epic in production environments; certification in Resolute HB/PB and/or Tapestry is a plus
• Proven track record of partnering with senior healthcare stakeholders to scope and win projects
• Strong understanding of AI applications, including familiarity with LLMs and multi-agent frameworks
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and data security in a healthcare context
