Key Responsibilities

Lead EHR integration, interface configuration, testing, and deployment
Gather and document business and technical requirements
Analyze current processes and identify improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

Experience with EHR systems and interoperability (HL7, FHIR, USCDI)
Strong business analysis and data analysis skills
Project coordination and stakeholder management experience
Experience with go-live activities including training and support
Familiarity with PMO tasks such as status reporting and work plans
