Healthcare Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely from anywhere in the U.S., the full-time Healthcare Analyst will ensure provider data accuracy and compliance by performing quality reviews, supporting audits, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate client-specific insights and content for complex employer group engagements
• Focus on automating and distilling actionable, value-based insights from data and reporting
• Communicate effectively as a subject matter expert in support of the market strategic team

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years' experience in an analytic role (recent college graduates considered)
• Intermediate proficiency or higher with Office 365
• Knowledge of healthcare cost and quality topics
