Healthcare Analyst

Job Summary

To support a strategic market team, the full-time Healthcare Analyst will ensure provider data accuracy and compliance by performing quality reviews, supporting audits, and collaborating with stakeholders, all while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate client-specific insights and content for various engagements within complex employer groups
• Focus on automating and distilling actionable, value-based insights from data and reporting
• Communicate effectively as a subject matter expert to support the market strategic team

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years' experience in an analytic role (recent college graduates considered)
• Intermediate level of proficiency or higher with Office 365 skills
• Knowledge of healthcare cost and quality topics
