Healthcare Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing Technology Enabled Care Transformation Team, the full-time remote Healthcare Analyst will manage client engagements, analyze healthcare policies and technologies, and produce strategic deliverables to enhance provider operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day delivery across multiple provider engagements, managing tasks, timelines, and internal communications
• Conduct rigorous qualitative and quantitative research to generate strategic insights and recommendations for provider clients
• Contribute to business development efforts by drafting proposals and preparing materials for external publications and conferences

Required qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, or healthcare provider organizations
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects effectively and deliver high-quality work
• Awareness of healthcare policy or business, with a genuine interest in provider operations and technology integration
