Healthcare Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze variety of data types to identify user trends and create user stories, functional specifications, and business rules
• Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
• Work closely with clients, development, and managerial staff to understand stakeholder needs and ensure reports and analytic insights meet business requirements

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in engineering, product design, computer science, statistics, public health or relevant experience
• 3+ years of SQL experience
• 1-3 years of experience analyzing complex/varietal data sets and program requirements
• Healthcare experience, preferably in health plan/payer, wellness, or population health analytics
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience with standard business analysis concepts in an agile environment
