Job Summary

To support hospital clients in reducing unnecessary equipment rentals, the full-time Healthcare Analyst Advisor will analyze equipment utilization, provide insights for operational change, and collaborate with various teams to optimize rental equipment management.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze equipment utilization and rental activity to identify opportunities for reducing avoidable rentals
• Provide recommendations that drive operational change and measurable cost savings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the strategic placement and management of rental equipment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience as a healthcare analyst or comparable analytical experience in a healthcare environment
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to influence stakeholders and improve processes across teams
