Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Analyst II with vendor management experience.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze healthcare utilization to identify patterns, variations, and outliers
Evaluate the effectiveness of medical cost reduction initiatives and provide recommendations
Support ad-hoc analytics requests and conduct root cause analyses of adverse population health outcomes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in healthcare analytics
Managed care experience is strongly preferred
Knowledge of healthcare data, including medical and pharmacy claims
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools like Transact-SQL or SAS
