Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities
• Translate complex data findings into clear, understandable stories for non-technical internal audiences
• Independently scope and execute assigned work, delivering results with minimal oversight

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in analytics or a related field
• Advanced SQL and Python skills required
• Strong Excel skills required
• Healthcare experience with billing practices or revenue cycle management is preferred but not required
