Healthcare Analytics Consultant

Job Summary

To support healthcare organizations in unlocking the value of their clinical and operational data, the full-time salaried Healthcare Analytics Consultant will analyze patient movement and care utilization patterns, collaborate with stakeholders, and generate actionable insights while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze ADT, CCD, and other healthcare datasets to identify trends and operational insights
• Investigate data quality issues and collaborate with teams to enhance data completeness and usability
• Develop reports and dashboards to communicate findings clearly to healthcare leaders and operational stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in healthcare analytics, data management, or clinical informatics
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
• Hands-on experience with healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7 and ADT feeds
• Experience developing dashboards and reports, particularly using Power BI
• Ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
