Healthcare Analytics Consultant

Job Summary

To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time remote Healthcare Analytics Consultant Associate will utilize advanced analytics to derive insights into member behavior, operational efficiencies, and health gaps, while collaborating with business leaders to enhance product innovation and measure program outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop reports by integrating complex data sources to address business questions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify analytics needs and deliver actionable plans
• Analyze data to uncover patterns in cost and utilization, translating findings into strategic business opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare, or a related field
• Five years of healthcare analytics experience, or three years with a relevant Master's degree
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, SAS, SQL, and AQT
• Experience with actuarial and financial data relevant to healthcare
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
