Healthcare Analytics Consultant

Job Summary

To enhance enterprise reporting and analytics solutions within a healthcare setting, the Senior Healthcare Analytics Consultant will work remotely on a contract basis, focusing on improving data quality, automating reporting processes, and creating executive dashboards to support strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluating existing reporting workflows, dashboards, and data sources to identify improvement areas
• Designing data models, defining key performance indicators, and establishing data governance standards
• Building automated data pipelines and reporting solutions to streamline data delivery

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with proven experience in healthcare analytics, ideally supporting Epic systems
• Extensive expertise in SQL and data modeling techniques for complex data environments
• Hands-on experience working with Epic Clarity reporting and querying tools
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms for visualization
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards, data governance, and quality management practices
