Key Responsibilities
- Analyze integrated datasets to extract insights that influence business decisions
- Support large-scale projects and perform root-cause analysis of data irregularities
- Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience with large databases or 1+ years of IT experience
- Preferred experience in healthcare analytics
- Working knowledge of SQL and programmatic coding languages such as Python and R
- Familiarity with claims payment and risk adjustment for government-sponsored healthcare
