Job Summary

Analyzing extensive datasets to drive business decisions, the full-time remote Healthcare Analytics Data Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions that reduce care costs and enhance clinical outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and assess business impact
• Develop and maintain complex scripts and reports using SQL and other analytics tools
• Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience with large databases and healthcare analytics
• Working knowledge of SQL and programmatic coding languages such as Python or R
• Familiarity with statistical and analytical techniques, including data modeling and trend analysis
• Experience with business intelligence tools like Microsoft Power BI is preferred
