Healthcare Analytics Data Analyst

Job Summary

Analyzing integrated datasets to drive business decisions, the full-time remote Healthcare Analytics Data Analyst will extract insights from various data sources, develop complex reports, and contribute to large-scale projects aimed at reducing care costs and improving clinical outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and assess business impacts
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot complex scripts and reports using SQL and other analytics tools
• Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders, incorporating feedback as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience with large databases and data management, or 2+ years of IT experience
• Healthcare analytics experience preferred
• Working knowledge of SQL and familiarity with programmatic coding languages such as Python and R
• Experience with statistical analysis and business intelligence tools, including Microsoft PowerBI
