Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and manage a team of leaders and analysts to ensure continuous development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, or related field; Master's preferred
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics and leading organizations
• Experience with SQL/querying languages and knowledge of programmatic coding languages like Python and R
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Microsoft PowerBI
• Preferred experience in public health, financial modeling, and change management processes
