Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Healthcare Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of enterprise-wide analytics projects and strategic initiatives
• Provide senior leadership support and maintain effective communication with analytic teams and business partners
• Mentor and manage a team of leaders and analysts to ensure continuous development and alignment with strategic objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics and leading organizations
• Experience with SQL/querying languages and knowledge of programmatic coding languages like Python and R preferred
• Familiarity with business intelligence and visualization tools, particularly Microsoft PowerBI
• Experience in strategic planning, change management, and financial modeling preferred
