Healthcare Analytics Lead Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Analyst, Healthcare Analytics (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform research and analysis of complex healthcare claims, pharmacy, and lab data
• Develop and generate ad-hoc and standard reports using various analytic tools
• Manage report generation and oversee team performance while ensuring high-quality deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Computer Science
• 6+ years of progressive responsibilities in Data, Finance, or Systems Analysis
• Expert knowledge of SQL, SSRS, and SSIS or similar tools
• Preferred experience in Medical Economics and knowledge of performance indicators
• QNXT or similar healthcare payer applications certification is preferred
