Job Summary
Seeking an experienced analytics leader, the full-time Healthcare Analytics Leader will build and guide a modern analytics team focused on data commercialization, leveraging deep expertise in U.S. healthcare data and advanced analytics to deliver actionable insights that enhance health outcomes and member experience, while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the analytics strategy aligned with organizational goals, building a high-performing team of healthcare analysts
- Lead the adoption of modern analytics engineering principles and oversee healthcare data models supporting various analytics initiatives
- Design and oversee observational research studies, translating complex statistical findings into actionable business recommendations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Public Health, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Data Science, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, health economics, or outcomes research
- 5+ years of experience leading analytics teams with expertise in U.S. healthcare data, including medical and pharmacy claims
- Advanced SQL proficiency and familiarity with modern cloud analytics ecosystems
- Experience with statistical programming languages such as Python or R
