Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Healthcare Analytics, Enterprise Provider Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of enterprise-wide analytics projects and strategic initiatives
• Manage development efforts, including stakeholder expectations and requirements gathering
• Facilitate cross-team project collaboration and mentor team members for continuous development

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience in healthcare analytics and data management
• Experience with SQL and other coding languages
• Preferred knowledge of business intelligence tools like Microsoft PowerBI
• Experience in change management processes and financial modeling preferred
