Healthcare Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Partnering with Financial, Clinical, and Operational stakeholders, the full-time remote Healthcare Analytics Manager will design and implement analytic solutions to inform business decisions, drive operations, and measure performance.

Key responsibilities

• Establish trusted partnerships with leaders to identify system change levers and communicate results
• Design and execute evaluation plans to assess program outcomes using statistical and machine learning approaches
• Implement reporting technologies and perform complex data analyses to drive business decisions and ensure data quality

Required qualifications

• 5 years of experience in advanced analytics and delivering actionable insights from data
• 3 years of experience developing statistical and machine learning models for complex healthcare problems
• Proficiency in using DBT and SQL for data analysis and reporting
• Experience with Google tech stack and AI-assisted workflows
• Strong background in evaluating clinical and financial outcomes associated with healthcare projects
