Job Summary
Leading the development and optimization of enterprise analytics solutions, the full-time remote Healthcare Analytics Manager will oversee reporting infrastructure, drive innovation through AI-enabled analytics, and collaborate with various teams to enhance operational performance and decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and governance of analytics and reporting solutions, establishing standards and KPI definitions
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and data pipelines to support enterprise reporting
- Deliver actionable insights by developing operational metrics and translating complex data into business recommendations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering
- Advanced Power BI skills, including dashboard development and data modeling
- Experience with SQL and cloud-based analytics platforms like Snowflake or Databricks
- Strong understanding of value-based care and healthcare quality metrics
