Healthcare Analytics Manager
Job Summary
Owning healthcare analyses end to end, the full-time remote Healthcare Analytics Manager will define patient cohorts, execute SQL queries, and deliver actionable insights to nontechnical stakeholders while mentoring team members and establishing reusable analytics methodologies.
Key responsibilities
- Scope ambiguous requests, define cohorts, write SQL, and deliver analyses for nontechnical stakeholders
- Serve as the data subject matter expert, collaborating with sales and client strategy to shape analytical questions
- Build and govern reusable analytics components, ensuring reproducibility across the team
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics with a proven track record of independent project ownership
- Strong knowledge of healthcare data, including medical and pharmacy claims, coding, and treatment data
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with large data sets and cloud data platforms
- Experience with data visualization tools and the ability to communicate complex insights effectively
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing strategies and audience targeting
