Healthcare Analytics Senior Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Healthcare Analytics - SQL/Power BI - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis of complex healthcare claims, pharmacy, and lab data to evaluate network utilization and cost containment
• Develop and distribute ad-hoc and standard reports using SQL and other reporting tools, ensuring timely project completion
• Analyze data trends and anomalies, providing executive summaries and recommendations for improvements based on findings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Computer Science
• 5-7 years of experience in database and data management responsibilities
• 5-7 years of experience in analyzing financial and performance management metrics
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Preferred experience in Medical Economics and familiarity with performance indicators
