Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Healthcare Analytics (Marketplace).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain analytical dashboards and data solutions for the Marketplace line of business
• Generate and distribute reports using SQL and other reporting software, ensuring timely completion of projects
• Analyze data sets for trends and anomalies, providing actionable insights to support strategic decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Computer Science
• 5-7 years of experience in database and data management responsibilities
• 5-7 years of experience in analyzing financial/performance management metrics in healthcare
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Preferred experience in Medical Economics and knowledge of performance indicators
