Job Summary

A company in the healthcare industry is looking for a Healthcare Analytics Senior Analyst.

Position Responsibilities

• Leverage Medical & Pharmacy claims data and internal program data to provide financially, clinically, and operationally insightful reports
• Conduct ROI calculations for existing and prospective clients, cohort studies to support pricing, and value proposition
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute against Analytics deliverables and drive initiatives to enhance the company's goals

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of healthcare analytics experience
• Undergraduate degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics/Actuarial Services, Biostatistics, or equivalent concentration
• Deep understanding of Medical and/or Pharmacy claims data and proficiency with SQL/SAS and Excel
• Experience in data warehousing, with a particular focus on medical and pharmacy claims integration, partner reporting, and marketing strategy
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and exceptional time management skills
