Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and support case management and EHR applications
• Complete routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve support tickets
• Collaborate with end users to translate operational requirements into configured workflows and reports

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with configurable application platforms
• 4+ years of experience with healthcare or EHR platforms in a production environment
• 2+ years of experience managing implementation and support of end-user solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Sciences or related field, or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack and related applications
