Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and support case management and EHR applications
• Complete routine maintenance and provide daily support, including troubleshooting
• Collaborate with end users to translate operational requirements into configured workflows

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with highly configurable application platforms
• 4+ years of experience with healthcare, human services, case management, or EHR platforms
• 2+ years of experience managing implementation and support of end-user solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Sciences or related field, or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft technology stack and related applications
