Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Manager specializing in healthcare applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and support case management and EHR applications
• Complete routine maintenance and support activities, including troubleshooting
• Design reports and dashboards while collaborating with Business Intelligence and Data Analyst teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with configurable application platforms
• 4+ years of experience with healthcare or EHR platforms in a production environment
• 2+ years of experience managing end-user solution implementation and support
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Sciences or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft technology stack and Office 365 applications
