Healthcare Associate

Job Summary

To support the growth of a national executive search firm, the fully remote Healthcare Associate will manage multiple search projects, develop candidate pools, and maintain client relationships while collaborating with Partners to ensure successful search outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Scope positions with clients and draft position descriptions based on initial meetings
• Conduct exhaustive research to build a diverse candidate pool and implement networking strategies
• Evaluate candidates and present findings to clients, ensuring accurate and clear communication throughout the search process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree relevant to healthcare practice is desirable
• Two to eight years of progressively responsible professional experience
• Understanding of healthcare organizational dynamics and challenges
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
