Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery accountability for healthcare payer engagements, ensuring high-quality execution and compliance with contractual commitments
- Lead complex healthcare transformation programs, including platform implementations and cloud transformation initiatives
- Drive operational excellence by managing portfolio performance, revenue forecasting, and achieving financial goals
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience leading enterprise IT delivery programs, particularly in large-scale consulting and technology services
- 5+ years of experience within the Healthcare Payer domain, including healthcare product consulting and delivery leadership
- Deep expertise with TriZetto solutions, including Health Plan Cloud (HPC)
- Proven experience in managing large-scale platform implementations and cloud transformation initiatives
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
