Job Summary

Driving performance and strategy for major multi-channel paid media clients, the full-time remote Healthcare Associate Media Director will manage client accounts, oversee media strategy, and lead a team while ensuring successful execution and reporting.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end strategy and oversight of designated paid media accounts, meeting pacing and KPI requirements
  • Lead a team of Media Supervisors, guiding their work and development while ensuring performance and client satisfaction
  • Generate reports and insights, serving as the primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders regarding account performance
Required qualifications
  • 6-8+ years of experience in Paid Media with a proven track record of managing multiple accounts and budgets
  • Extensive knowledge of campaign management across Google and Bing platforms, including Search and Video
  • Experience in full funnel strategy, lead generation, and brand awareness measurement
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and GTM, with a focus on conversion and optimization strategies
  • Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and team leadership
