Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel, Healthcare and Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide senior legal partnership on healthcare, product, privacy, and AI governance matters
• Offer legal guidance on product development, healthcare regulation, and privacy issues
• Lead the responsible AI governance program, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with active U.S. bar membership
• 10+ years of legal experience in health tech or digital health, including in-house roles
• Expertise in healthcare regulatory law, including fraud and abuse laws and telehealth regulations
• Experience in advising on product development and app deployment in a tech-driven environment
• Strong understanding of U.S. privacy laws and experience with AI/ML governance initiatives
