Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Audit Administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute annual, risk-based audit and monitoring strategies for delegated provider functions
• Lead audit execution and manage audit schedules, ensuring timely and effective audits across delegated functions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate audit results into actionable improvements and performance outcomes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 6+ years of experience in healthcare operations, delegated oversight, or provider performance management
• 3+ years of experience in audit management or related functions
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred
• Strong understanding of managed care principles and compliance requirements
• Preferred certifications include Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or Lean/Six Sigma
