Job Summary
To support a growing Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried Healthcare Audit Senior CPA will manage client engagements from start to finish, conduct audits for healthcare clients, and mentor junior staff, with the option to work remotely or from New England offices.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements, including planning, executing, and completing financial audits while managing budgets
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and provide recommendations for business improvements
- Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on audit processes and assess their performance
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
- Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
