Job Summary

Providing support for healthcare services clinical auditing activities, the full-time Healthcare Auditor Licensed in MI will perform audits in various clinical areas to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conducts audits in utilization management, care management, and behavioral health to monitor compliance with quality standards
• Assesses clinical staff decision-making and identifies areas for re-training based on audit findings
• Maintains detailed records of auditing results and communicates outcomes to leadership

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of healthcare experience, including 1 year in utilization management or care management
• Active and unrestricted clinical licensure or certification as required by state regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicable software programs
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
