Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Supervisor Authorization Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees staffing needs and ensures coverage for the authorization team
• Analyzes medical records for high dollar services and acts as a point of contact for clinical leaders
• Monitors staff productivity, provides coaching, and identifies training needs to improve efficiencies

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with five years of experience in a healthcare revenue cycle setting, or an Associate's degree with three years of experience
• Preferred Bachelor's degree
• Two years of healthcare authorization experience is preferred
