Job Summary
Providing exceptional support to individuals enrolled in employer-sponsored healthcare programs, the full-time Healthcare Benefits Navigator will educate members on healthcare options, assist with enrollment activities, and navigate healthcare resources in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Explain health plan options and educate members on benefits structures, including deductibles and provider networks
- Guide members through enrollment processes, verifying information and resolving related concerns
- Assist members in locating healthcare providers and understanding pharmacy benefits
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in healthcare customer service or a related field
- Ability to simplify complex healthcare concepts for consumers
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
