Healthcare BI Analyst
Job Summary
Serving as a strategic analytics partner, the full-time Healthcare BI Analyst will deliver actionable business intelligence and operational insights while working remotely, focusing on healthcare claims analysis, dashboard development, and stakeholder engagement to identify fraud, waste, and operational improvement opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with various stakeholders to develop analytical solutions that support fraud detection and operational performance management
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into investigation outcomes and key performance indicators
- Analyze healthcare claims and provider data to identify trends and opportunities for financial and operational improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, SIU, Payment Integrity, or a related field
- In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of experience in a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with statistical sampling methodologies and audit-related analytics
