Job Summary

A company is looking for a Biller responsible for billing insurances and patients.

Key Responsibilities

Review and navigate patient accounts and delivery tickets
Create and accept claims from clearing houses and manage claim rejections
Work daily billing reports and maintain a high accuracy rate in claim audits

Required Qualifications

3 years' experience in a healthcare setting processing healthcare provider claims
Knowledge of HIPAA Privacy and Security requirements
Working knowledge of federal/state fraud and abuse laws
Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology, CPT, ICD9, and HCPC coding
Practical experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
