Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Healthcare Billing Coordinator will manage billing data entry, verify insurance information, and ensure timely completion of billing activities while communicating with clients and patients to resolve any discrepancies.

Key responsibilities
  • Perform billing data entry and compare data with source documents
  • Research and verify missing or incorrect billing information and insurance details
  • Complete daily and weekly billing activities accurately and in a timely manner
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in alpha-numeric data entry (10 key skills)
  • Previous experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is preferred
